The Chagrin Valley Dispatch Center hosted a 3-day “Dispatcher Communication Training Officer (CTO) School” from April 27th – 29th, 2015. The school was hosted by the Chagrin Valley Dispatch Center but the training took place at the Orange Village Police Department located at 4600 Lander Road. Class was held from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. The cost for the 3-day school was $ 300.00 per student; multiple student discounts available.
This 3-day school was designed to provide information to a dispatcher assigned as a Communication Training Officer (CTO) with the tools to prepare a probationary dispatcher with the necessary information to properly and professionally begin their career as a dispatcher communication specialist.
